Our supplier upholds strict production standards, in order to maintain a high level of quality of the bird's nests at all times. Established on November 11, 2009, in Kuching, Sarawak, Borneo with swiftlet houses located in rural areas across Sarawak.

Throughout the entire process, from harvesting to processing and sales, guidelines are strictly adhere to the following :

After harvesting, bird's nests are washed with pure water and manually cleaned to ensure cleanliness above 95%, with no more than 5 black spots.

During processing, four principles are adhere : no bleaching, no sizing, no artificial coloring, and no chemical additives.
What is Bird's Nest
Bird's nests are made out of solidified bird saliva. With its great nutritious content and unique flavor, it is commonly used in making of sweet desert soup after a delicate and thorough cleaning process.

Edible bird's nests (EBN) are rich in collagen, amino acid, glycoprotein, antioxidants, calcium, potassium, iron, magnesium, and hormones. Most importantly, EBN contains EGF, Epidermal Growth Factor, which promotes cell growth and revitalizes our skin.
