Steps to Cook Your Bird's Nest

Soak the edible bird’s nest with cold water for 1 to 2 hours until it has expanded and softened.

用冷水浸泡燕窝 1 至 2 小时,直到燕窝完全泡开及软化。

After soaking, use a tweezer to remove tiny feathers or dirt.

(If Any)

浸泡后,如果有燕毛或杂质的话 可以用镊子去除。

Then tear bird’s nest according to texture.

接着根据燕窝的纹理将其撕开。

Place the bird’s nest in double boiler and add your preferred amount of water to it.

将燕窝放入炖盅加入适量的水炖煮。

Add Goji or Peach Gum then start to cook for 40 to 50 minutes. Add honey rock sugar during the last 10 minutes.

加入枸杞或桃胶,然后开始炖煮 40 至 50 分钟。在最后的10 分钟加入冰糖。(根据个人口味添加)

Serve it hot or cold.

冷热皆可食用。
